Tracey's Bio

Tracey Noonan is a no-nonsense entrepreneur, bestselling author, public speaker, dyed-in-the-wool Bostonian, and all-around comeback queen. She built businesses from scratch (literally, in her kitchen), survived the chaos of Shark Tank, and lived to tell the tale—preferably over a cupcake. As co-founder of Wicked Good Cupcakes, Tracey turned a sweet little idea into a multimillion-dollar brand and sealed a now-famous royalty deal with Mr. Wonderful, Kevin O’Leary. But the frosting on the cake? That’s her story of grit. Three divorces. Caregiver for both her parents and in-laws with Alzheimer’s. Starting over—again and again—is Tracey’s specialty, and she does it all with hustle, heart, and a wicked good sense of humor. She’s the author of two powerful books: Past, Present & Paris, a memoir that resonated with women age 50+, and My Husband’s Wife, a smart, scandalous novel that toes the line between fiction and juicy truth. Tracey also created The Cupcake Analogy, an online entrepreneurial course that breaks down business fundamentals in a fun, approachable way. She serves on the board of Build.org, mentoring high school students pursuing entrepreneurial dreams, and actively supports individuals in sober housing looking to rebuild through business ownership. Her latest venture? Wicked Good Entertainment, a production company she co-founded with her manager and longtime friend Doug Coupe, is dedicated to bringing bold, inspiring, and relatable stories to life. Her motto? Reinvention doesn’t come with an expiration date, and success is even sweeter the second (or third) time around.
